In February 2017 The Light of Life Church (Poltava) held programs on Christmas Child Project. Servants of the church visited several villages of Poltava region.

The solemn service in the Day of Christmas of Jesus Christ took place in the Light of Life Church in Poltava.

The Light of Life Church held its first service in 2017, having a fast and the Holy Communion.

There was a wonderful atmosphere at the festive service of The Light of Life Church (Poltava) on New Year's Eve. There were many important items in the program: service of gratitude, the results of the past year, worship and prayers of thanks for everything that our wonderful Lord has done in 2016.

December, 25 as a part of the celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation at the Theatre Square of Poltava there was European Christmas Fair.

Within the framework of The Light Up Youth Ministry of The Light of Life Church the quest "5 Pillars of the Reformation" was organized in the context of large-scale all-Ukrainian R500 project.

In November trainings for partners of the service on Christmas Child Project were held. Representatives of Christian communities and civil society organizations visited them.

The annual youth conference "Switch On" was held in The Light of Life Church in Poltava. This event has become an unforgettable time for young people from 45 churches of Ukraine who registered and became the conference delegates.

During the spring and summer the ministers of the Association of The Light of Life Churches held a series of children's programs on the Christmas Child Project in the Poltava region. Children's parties were held in the villages of Poltava, Dikan’ka, Novy Sanzhary and Lokhvitsa areas.

On August, 28 The Light of Life Church had a happy event. It was an engagement of Evgeniy Chekh and Anna Lapteva.
